How to submit a proposal?

Program and Project proposals all have to be submitted before the deadline stated in the specific Call in electronic form to [email protected] .

• In case of project proposals, we will make sure VLAIO receives the required information.
• After submitting, you will receive a confirmation of receipt.
• Within a short time (typically 2 weeks) after submitting, you will also receive an eligibility letter concerning your proposal.
